Do you cater for children at The Blue Stoops?
The Blue Stoops welcome children under 16 until 9pm. Our children’s menu is available during our food service hours. We can provide you with a high chair, crayons and baby changing facilities. We respectfully ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times in the restaurant, bar and beer garden.

Do you cater for parties?
Yes. We are proud to offer our function room and event spaces for private parties, weddings and fine dining, as well as informal meetings, events and community groups. Please email or call us to discuss your event needs and we’ll see how we can best accommodate them within current government guidelines. It’s my birthday, can I get a free drink?
Members of our rewards scheme receive a free drink on their birthday. Grab your True North Rewards card from any of our bars or sign up here to activate your account.
You’ll also get 5% of everything you spend back onto your card to use within True North Brew Co venues and exclusive offers throughout the year.
What is the largest table you can accommodate?
We can accommodate a single table booking for 14 people or private dining for 50 guests.

What time is food served from?
Food is served Monday – Saturday: 12pm – 9pm and Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
What’s on tap at The Blue Stoops?
Our draught larger include Pravha, Staropramen, Madri and our own Sheffield Pilsner. Our house ciders on draught are Aspalls and Rekorderlig Strawberry & Lime.
We have a permanent line for Blue Moon and our old favourite Gunnies. We have two guest keg lines where we rotate some of the finest local, national and international kegged products.
Our hand pull real ale selection does vary from time to time, but our own True North Best Bitter is a regular feature. We have four lines to ensure we have a good balanced selection. We support our local charitable brewery, Drone Valley, who produce some excellent beer.
Does The Blue Stoops cater for people with special dietary requirements?
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of the team before placing your order. Full allergen information is available upon request. Food is prepared in an area where other allergens are present and our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Fish and poultry products may contain small bones.
Does The Blue Stoops have a vegetarian, gluten free or vegan menu?
Our main food menu has options available for special dietary requirements.
Dishes are marked clearly with the following: V Vegetarian, VO Vegetarian Option Available, VG Vegan, VGO Vegan Option Available.
Where can I find the allergen menu?
Please ask a member of staff for a copy of the allergen menu or find it here.
Is The Blue Stoops wheelchair accessible and do you have accessible toilets?
Most of our venue is wheelchair accessible, but with parts of the building dating back to 1500s we do struggle in some areas. Please do note that the first floor, where our function room is situated has no step-free access. We advise that you let us know on booking if you require wheelchair access so we can reserve you the most convenient place in the building.
I work for the NHS, do you offer any discounts?
Yes. The Blue Stoops gladly offers a 15% off discount to key workers, NHS staff and anyone in the emergency services with a Blue Light Card.
Is there anywhere to park near The Blue Stoops?
Yes. The Blue Stoops has a large car park for our customers to use. There is also the Civic Centre car park connected by a path to the venue (sat nav post code S18 1PD) and other council car parks further down High Street.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes. You can use our Wi-Fi for free. Ask a member of staff.
What measures are you taking to ensure customers are safe in your venue?
Understandably we have made some changes in light of social distancing and heightened safety measures for both or staff and guests.
Some of the measures are:
- Enhanced cleaning regimes
- Distancing measures
- Hand sanitiser freely available
- Increased order at table availability
- One-way systems
- Staff safety training
- Screens at direct contact points

How do I join the True North Brew Co Rewards scheme?
Grab your card from any of our bars or sign up here to activate your Rewards account.
Members of our Rewards scheme will receive 5% of everything you spend back onto your card to use within our venues, a gift on your birthday, and exclusive offers throughout the year.
How can I use my Rewards card?
When you make a purchase in one of our venues, please hand over your Rewards card for your server to scan. If you do not have your card on you at the time you can add your points using the code on your receipt. To do this, go to your online Rewards account, click ‘Redeem Code’ and enter the code as it appears on the bottom of the receipt.

Yes. You can redeem the True North Brew Co gift card in venues operated by True North Brew Co. Gift cards can be used to purchase goods and services in venue.
