Join us from 4th - 10th November to indulge in our specials menu dedicated to game. Our seasonal dishes are being handcrafted by our expert chefs and will be available to see in venue.
Game Week has always been a favourite food week with us, so we're taking a look back at some of our favourite dishes to get you excited about the hearty menu coming soon.
Our whole roasted patridge was an absolute classic, taking a traditional British dish and infusing contemporary twist - the juicy meat is full of subtle flavour, served with an autumnal berry sauce, fondant potatoes and seasonal greens for an unforgettable meal.
Taking inspiration from around the world, another favourite was our Thai broth with smoked mallard breast, served on a bed of Asian vegetables and noodles. This fiery dish packed a punch and was sure to warm you up!
