General booking information
Bookings of 12 or more people require a deposit of £5pp to secure the booking, and for you to
submit your party’s pre-order online 7 days prior.
Please note that there is no step-free access to The Byron Room which is on the first floor. If your booking is in this area please check that all your guests are ok with this. Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate all of our guests’ needs, it may not be possible to relocate your booking to the ground floor at short notice.
If you wish to decorate your area for your booking, please talk to us prior to arrival so we can agree what decorations are suitable for the building.
Food and drink
Buffet food may be out in your area for a maximum of 1.5 hours to comply with food standards. If you wish to take any leftover food away from the premises you will be responsible for it’s safe storage/reheating and will be asked to sign a form confirming this. Food will be served 30 minutes after booking time, unless an alternative time is agreed prior to event date.
All our dishes are prepared and cooked in an environment with risk of cross-contamination from allergens. Further information relating to allergens is available, please speak to the manager. You are only permitted to consume food & drink purchased from this venue, strictly no external food or drinks permitted. Children’s menu available for those under the age of 12 only.
Where food is pre-ordered, we will need to confirm the pre-order on arrival within ten minutes of the booking start time. This will then allow food to be served as close to the start of your booking as possible.
Deposits are not refunded, they’re deducted from the booking balance.
For bookings of 12 guests or more, cancellations made up to four weeks prior to event are fully refundable or transferable. No refunds will be given for cancellations made with under 4 weeks’ notice, including food and drinks.
For bookings of 11 guests or less, cancellations made up to two weeks prior to event are fully refundable or transferable. No refunds will be given for cancellations made with under 2 weeks’ notice, including food and drinks.
If you reduce your numbers from the initial booking, management reserve the right to retain your
deposit and/or move your party to a more suitable area.
Where events have different T&Cs, these will be advertised alongside the event.
Christmas booking information
Festive bookings of 6+ will require a £5pp deposit and you to submit your party’s pre-order online 7 days prior, when we will confirm your food service time. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. £20pp deposit is required to secure Christmas Day bookings and full payment is due by 14/11/2020 and no refunds will be given after this date.
